Function and working principle

Used for cutting aluminum window&door profiles, curtain wall and other industrial aluminum profiles

Cutting realized by high speed rotating blades driven by electric main shaft

Saw blades feeding realized by cylinder

Different cutting lengths realized by inputting information on the computer display

Cuttings angles converted by button

Characteristic

(3) Special designed angle locating device ensures cutting angle’s long term stability

Special designed air-controlled angle converting device instead of magnetic valve control. Magnetic valve problem is eliminated.

(5) Cutting angles(45°, 90°) conversion realized by button.

(6) The oriented clamping device is added to prevent blade damage in case of profile’s tilting.
